Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Hiring a £70k+/year full-time senior designer is like adopting a high-maintenance pet. Not only do you have to feed them, pay for their vet bills, and take them out for walks, but you also have to keep them constantly occupied. Our monthly design subscription gives you the flexibility and design resource you need without the long-term commitment.

Is it really unlimited designs?
Yep! Think of Infinite Design like a buffet - you can come back for seconds and thirds, but it's one plate at a time. So, submit as many design requests as you want, and we'll handle them one by one.

How fast will I receive my designs?
You can expect your designs to be ready in two working days or less. But, if you ask for a rocket ship or a time machine, it might take longer—we're good, but we’re not miracle workers.

Who are the designers?
All Intrface designers are mid-senior level and have passed the tough standards set by our Co-Founder and Head of Design. You can feel confident about the quality too. We review everything before it gets to you.

How do we communicate?
Ah, communication - the glue that holds our design relationship together. We like to keep things organised, so you'll have a Task Manager for you to raise design tickets, access to Slack and a dedicated Project Manager.

Are there any contracts?
We like to keep things simple, so we don't tie you down with pesky contracts. That said, we ask for a three-month verbal commitment from you. We need time to get to know each other, but you can cancel your Infinite Design subscription before the autorenewal date at any time. By registering for Infinite Design's unlimited design subscription, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
