Ben Carey
Co-founder + Technical Director
Ben has nearly two decades of digital experience and has helped launch a number of successful startups. He started his career in web development and further expanded his skills into high-end web and mobile application development.
Jana Halfarova
Lead Product Designer
Jana (pronounced /’Ya-nah/) is our Lead Product Designer. She specialises in designing exceptional digital products for web and mobile. She’s highly attentive, eagle-eyed and focused on the finer details of UI and interaction design.
Damilola Olawoyin
Product Designer
Damilola (or Dami) is our talented Product Designer bringing 4 years of UI/UX experience to the table. With a Master’s in User Experience Design, Dami is passionate about creating intuitive, user-focused designs that make a real impact.
Nick Borisovsky
Product Designer
Nick Borisovsky is our super-skilled Product Designer specialising in UX design and illustration. Having worked on several thriving tech startups, he sits comfortably at the intersection of UX and visual design.
Nikola Lazarevic
Project Manager
Nik is a seasoned Project Manager who looks after our clients at Intrface. You can often find him in Clickup managing deliverables and timelines and communicating with clients – he’s the glue that holds us together!
David Langley
Operations Director
David is a highly attentive individual whose tack-sharp eye for detail ensures we run a tight ship. Forget Jack of all trades, we throw all sorts at David and he gets it done. David has a background in B2C mobile and project management.

Content Marketing & SEO Manager
With 15 years in marketing, Ria is responsible for our Content and SEO. She dabbled in design during her university days, but quickly realised words were her real passion.
