'Velocity' is just a fancy word for the number of tasks we can juggle simultaneously. You've got the power! If you need to hit the pause button on our design love affair, signal us, and we'll make it happen. Contracts? Ain't nobody got time for that! We like to keep things simple, so we don't tie you down with pesky contracts. That said, we require a three-month verbal commitment from you - we need some time to get to know each other, but nothing is stopping you from cancelling your Infinite Design subscription before your autorenewal date. Ah, communication - the glue that holds our design relationship together. We like to keep things organised, so we have a Task Manager for you to raise design tickets and keep track of progress. If you're subscribed to Infinite Design+, you'll also have access to Slack and an Account Manager.

We like to move faster than a cheetah on a skateboard, so on average, you can expect your designs to be completed in just two days or less. Of course, if you ask us to design a rocket ship or a time machine, it might take a bit longer - we're good, but we're not miracle workers.

Our designers are like the Avengers of the design world - they're pre-vetted, mid to senior in experience, and ready to save the day with their design superpowers. We take design quality seriously, so we review everything internally to ensure it's up to snuff before releasing it to you. And just like Nick Fury, we're expanding our full-time design team to support our Design Director and take on even bigger design challenges. Excelsior!

We're pretty sure you'll fall head over heels in love with Infinite Design, but just in case you don't feel the sparks flying, and we haven't completed any design requests, you've got a 7-day window to call it quits and get your money back. No quibbles.

Hiring a £70k+/year full-time senior designer is like adopting a high-maintenance pet. Not only do you have to feed them, pay for their vet bills, and take them out for walks, but you also have to ensure they're constantly managed and occupied with tasks. Our monthly plan gives you the flexibility and design resource you need without the commitments.

Stripe is our payment pal, and it takes care of billing on the 30th day of your renewal for the upcoming month. So it's like prepaying for a future full of beautiful designs! And if you need to keep track of your expenses (we get it), you can download invoices and manage payment methods in the Task Manager. You can also do a bank transfer if you wish; however, we currently only accept GBP. If you're outside of the UK, you can send payments with Wise for a small fee.
